Modern foreign studies of the phenomenon of hardiness

The article summarises the material of foreign research conducted by American, Canadian, Norwegian, Ukrainian, Chinese and other scientists in 2015-2020. This is devoted to study phenomenon hardiness. reveals main components hardiness highlights directions It determined that directly related many positive personal characteristics, it helps maintain health increase productivity. author notes a high degree agreement between researchers on fact beneficial impact person stressful even extreme conditions, connection with which attention drawn relevance possible psychocorrection vitality indicators various categories convicts.
